    Ok to clear something up

    "In June 2010 I got a PS3 for my birthday. So I put away my 360 in a closet and left the XBL community. Now in Feb 2012 I was considering getting back on XBL. I needed to buy a new console since my previous one was eventually sold sometime in 2011."

    Ok you said you sold the console in 2011?

    Did you remove your account from the previous console

    You would have to call support and have them do an unauthorized access investigation. They will find out if your account was compromised and if it the gamerscore modding happened while your account was compromised they can remove the cheater lable. However,
    I do believe that even if they remove the cheater lable your gamerscore will still be reset. They can't put that back the way it was.

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Twitter @XboxSupport, Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    That's true, however he said that there was a Tank and other players near the spawn at the start of his round, so it's more likely his connection to the server that was the problem and not the other players.

    when i signed into my usual email, it made this account that im on now.. when i tried redownloading my account it said there was no gamertag associated with the email. So im not to sure as to whats going on, i tried my other email but i forgot my password
