What the everliving **** is going on with Halo wars Definitive edition

Why are you guys blaming 343 for something they are trying to help us with? They give you codes and you give them to us, why is this so **** hard? Are you people so **** dumb you have to tell us lies about giving us codes? Props to the support team who have
to put up with angry customers like me because micropenis can't get their head out of their ****.

Please could you not **** around with us like this and give us our codes, we bought them now give them the **** up you greedy tight fisted non giving code ****.

Not available Halo Wars Definitive Edition included with Halo Wars 2 Ultimate edition (pre-order). Where is my Halo Wars Definitive Edition?

so I preordered the halo wars 2 $80.0 edition over 10 days ago and still have not received my code to play the halo wars definitive edition what's going on??

 

Why would 343 have anything to do with the codes from the sounds of it you were given bad information

Promotions are done by the promotions team.not Support or 343

And yes promotions team.is separate from Support because they are from.ms Xbox Corp office not a call center

So if Support is blaming 343 then your issue is with support

Support rarely knows how promotions work

And yes this is the correct forums.for.promotions and the only source for missing codes

Now if you haven't had your 10 day waiting period you must wait it out for your turn in the code waves like the description mentioned

 

if you got a reply from a promotions team member it would've been to wait for your codes if before your ten days or to msg your the codes

They wouldn't have told you anything about 343 as they are an internal.studio of ms and have nothing to do with promotions department

The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.
