    What should I do when my Xbox power button is flashing?


    When I woke up this morning, I saw that my Xbox power button on my console is flashing while it’s off. I’ve read some other peoples answers and questions on it and I do have auto update on my Xbox so I think it’s downloading something. My questions for this is if it’s safe to turn it on while it’s possibly downloading something or if I should leave it be until it might stop flashing.

    Have you tried holding the power button til the lights flash in a pattern? If so, what pattern do they flash in? The pattern should give info as to what is going on.
