    What should I do when I get a x box code from x box and it does not work when I gave it to...


    I got a $31.99 v-bucks gift card and I put the v-bucks card into the epic games website, it gave me a x box code to put in. I then put the code in my x box store but when I put it in it says it has already been redeemed. I did not give or tell anyone the code. I think I got a bad code or something. I was wondering if I could get a new code or if we can figure something out.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Xbox codes. No worries, let me help you sort this out.

    If you’re getting a message that your code has already been redeemed, make sure that you didn’t already redeem the code yourself, under a different Microsoft account.

    To confirm this, kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order History to check for the redeemed V-bucks gift card transaction.

    If you live in a household where others have access to your codes, check that it wasn’t redeemed by someone else.

    However, if you're unable to find the account where it was redeemed, I would highly recommend you reach out to the retailer where you purchased the gift card for a possible replacement/refund request since they have provided you with a used gift card code.
