What should I do this broke off and the other half is stuck in my Xbox controller

Cancel this. Turns out my controller had dropped and the left bumper broke and got stuck. Turned it off and used a different controller and it works now.

So if youve tested it on both pc and xbox and it doesnt work, but other ones do, the only things i can think of are either the mute button Has either got stuck or has broke, or the mic itself has broke.

What headset is it?

I feel your pain. My mic broke out of Narnia one day. It was perfectly fine before and one day it just decided to stop working. My Kinect also only worked half the time so I got it replaced by Microsoft for free. I also had 2 controllers go bad. (One terrible
LB and the other right stick was slow) What you should do is call Xbox support and tell them your situation. They were really helpful with me and I can say that was some of the best dang customer service.

hello recently I got my third xbox one wireless elite controller (the two others are back in store waranty change) and still have some issue with the stiks. FIRST controller, left stick get stuck on the right when use it on this direction. then went back
to store and get my SECOND rigth stick get stuck on right when use it on that same direction! went back to store and get my THIRD and guess what ? left and right stick get stuck on the right wen use it on this direction???? for a controller that cost half
the price of a console ****?

I remember back on ps2 I broke a ps2 controller in half with my bare hands. I hate Sony controllers They been the same since ps1.
