    What should I do if my partner’s Xbox came damaged?


    I got my partner an Xbox series X for Christmas through EE, and it’s still under warranty. The HDMI port on the Xbox was loose when we got it and after using it for a month, the HDMI port stopped working together. Trying to get it repaired has proven difficult, since the warranty seemingly doesn’t cover damage, but since we didn’t damage it, I’m not sure how to get it repaired without paying a ridiculous amount of money for a console that’s barely been used. Any help would be appreciated.

    makes no difference, digital signal is digital signal, the only thing i would not use is extremely cheap thin cables.
