What should I do if I'm Falsely suspended from Xbox?

FYI The Enforcement Team are useless as I already made 5 cases and all they responded back to me is:

Hello Valued Xbox Customer,

After this account's initial enforcement action, a secondary, more thorough investigation was conducted. During this time, it was discovered that this account was harassing other players through written or verbal communications on Xbox Live. This can include the use of slurs, threats, trolling, or other attempts to abuse others. With that in mind, a new enforcement was issued to better match the account's overall violations.

So in other words is that they only investigates what the account has done I provided them evidence that someone was literally on my account some how and changed my background colour and my profile picture, removed all my friends.

then deleted my Game Save Date on my Favourite game and the worse part is that he was on my account sent messages (racial slurs and bad word etc) to his account so he could report them with his account and got me suspended

My 2fa was on all my security and stuff all that was on my account and guess what he managed to change all of it and luckily enough I managed to get back in and kicked out of my account

I'm a victim on this honestly can't believe he used my account to send messages to his account then he reports them.

I DID NOT ENGAGE IN HARASSING PLAYERS AS I DON'T HAVE ANY ENTENTIONS TO DO SO.

SOMEONE ON MY ACCOUNT CAUSED THESE/THIS ENFORCMENT ACTIONS I DID NOT CAUSE THEM.

But I need to figure out why I even was suspended, something said they can suspend me the date a suspension was issued, and I looked at my enforcement's and there was nothing issued on the date

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. If they denied your appeal, then there is nothing else that can be done. All you can do is wait it out.

It's obvious that they suspended me for past offenses

Any information regarding the suspension would be listed on the enforcement site and it sounds like they were pretty clear. "This account was found to be uploading imagery containing inappropriate content in violation of the Community Standards" If they issued a suspension and then also reviewed it, that means they looked into your account twice and determined you did do something to violate the rules.
