    I am also having the same problem. I tried everything to make it work. I tried to disconnecting from the internet also and it doesn't want to install digital and disc games.

    Hi I’m having trouble loading / installing Crash Bandicoot CTR I own the game but on every console I own I get msg saying disc is dirty or scratched there is nothing wrong with the disc but it will not install I have tried everything too no avail can you suggest any help
