What permissions do I need to host the tournament with prize money included?

Episode is called "Kill Screen" I think, they basically use the game to track a murderer's location at a high prize gaming tournament

No idea if it was a real tournament, the US do host such tournaments but not seen anything to suggest it was

Well guys I just came home from my local gamestop and good news, they are in fact hosting a tournament. The employee that told me there would be no tournament was misinformed. The prize isn't gift cards like the other gamestop though, but the prizes are
an EPIC edition of the game ( 1st place ) and a standard copy of the game ( 2nd place ). So I kept my pre-order with them.
