    What Microsoft could do to improve Microsoft edge


    I frequently use my Xbox as a web browsing device so I can play games like cod mobile on my phone and watch YouTube videos as well as chat with my friends on discord. My experience has been mid using Microsoft edge but I have a few ideas than can improve this experience.

    Let tabs run in the background of content playback in full screen,every time I would full screen a YouTube video discord will reload I’m not sure if It’s discord but if this could be looked into that would be great.

    Make it run in a higher resolution and frame rate A 1440 and 4k 60 and or 120 FPS browser would be so much better the browser looks very unpleasant and clunky with a 720p 24hz

    A new mouse:just a classic mouse like the one on windows that’s thin and a lot more accurate.

    This Might be a stretch but games that can go though tabs example: I wanna play black ops Cold War while I switch tabs and I go to a call of duty wiki to see how to get longshots

    There will be a new version of Microsoft Edge coming with the spring update. It is currently with the Insider Preview program and I can say it is vastly improved and streams videos without crashing.

    There really isnt much you can do as its been like this since release and MS will do nothing about it. Its one of the worst browsers ive used(crashing, not being able to easily go back a page and other performance issues) and I believe it will stay this
    way.

    No amount of powercycling will fix this issue and I would not hold my breathe for a fix either.
