May I know which device are you getting this error code from? It will help us determine the steps we can perform to fix the issue.

If you're on a PC, kindly make sure all the required services are running to solve Xbox app sync issues on Windows.

Open the Start menu, search Services then open Services. Scroll down the list and find all of the Xbox entries (they are near the bottom).

Gaming Services (There are 2 of them)

Xbox Accessory Management Service

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service

When you find them right-click on them and select Start. If you can see that they are already running you can skip them.

yup me as well..... tried to download profile but get the eroor. But when i originally started it on my friedns ... it still works on his.

Im getting the same problem it will start Downloading when stop not move for ages then this eroor pops up wasted like 2 hours on this

try powercycling your xbox by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds and see if it fixes the issue if it still gives you the eroor try deleting the game and reinstall it again

I answered a thread a few days ago that the problem was solved by uninstalling the antivirus. Take a look:

The customer did not mention the antivirus he used to find out if there is something known about the software, but he can try to remove it, and also apply the procedures I mentioned, as they can also help.
