What manage button for auto redeem?

I have been trying to change/cancel my auto redeem for Microsoft rewards.

But there is no “manage” button. There is just a “sign up” button.

I am already signed up for the $10 gift card auto redeem, but want ti switch to the monthly unlimited. Help please.

Here are the instructions for how to cancel.

However, from your description, it's not that you don't know how to operate, but you can't find the "manage" option?

The Response community is not part of the Bing Rewards support team, and we are sorry that we do not have the authority to directly interfere with your account, such as turning off auto-redemption for you.

However, we can guide you on how to bring your problems back to the Bing Rewards support team to try and get help. Open the following link in your browser, fill in the appropriate content as prompted, and click Submit:

Be sure to clear the problem description as much as possible, and the Bing Rewards support team will theoretically get back to you within 24 hours.

Hi Kathy,

I do not see it on the xbox app nor in my xbox s auto redeem page. There use to be a "Manage" button on xbox s screen to cancel as i have done that in the past but that button is no longer there. Are you able to provide a screenshot of what I need to look for? Appreciate yor help. Thank you.

Hello THeHuntsman93! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

Go to the MS Rewards app on your console, move across to the auto redeem section at the top. You will see the item which is being auto redeemed, click Manage, then cancel auto redeem. That will stop it happening.

Access the Microsoft Rewards app, then tap on Auto redeem, then manage, then you should see the option to cancel auto redeem.

How do I cancel the auto redeem then? Since I don’t see the manage button and I don’t want anymore 10$ gift cards cuz I have like 80$ and don’t use them and they expire after 90 days?! How can I cancel it?
