What is wrong with these USELESS XBOX CONTROLLERS!!!

I'm on my 3rd one now!!!

And this one's BRAND NEW RECHARGEABLE BATTERY WONT HOLD A CHARGE!!

When I turn it on it'll last about 30 seconds to a minute before it dies and HAS to be plugged in.

And then every time I plug it in, I have to repair it to my laptop. Same as if I use AA batteries and the same if I use it on another device. I have to un-pair and re-pair since we can't just connect to them.

I've gotten all 3 controllers and this battery from the same store and they're starting to get pissed off as I keep coming in with things that are broken!

Also the chargers LED light doesn't work. More points.

What is wrong?!?!??!?! Am I doing something wrong???

I'll add that these are both brand new, and both official. Dark Ops Camo conrtoller, Play & Charge kit.

Hello, I've read your post, and I believe I understand your situation. The Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

I can understand your position, I've been there before, and it does get annoying. It gets even more annoying when you're losing money, so for that apologize for your experience. May I ask you, this place that you keep buying them at is it a new retailer?
That is to say do they sell items brand new, or is it a pre-owned shop? Personally, I purchase all of my controllers from the Microsoft store, or GameStop. As far as pairing and unpairing your controllers go, that is how these controllers work.

might I suggest returning the controller going to getting your money back if that's possible, then order one from the Microsoft store. If it comes from the Microsoft store you may have room to take it up with Microsoft, from third-party retailer not so much.

Sorry to see your having issues are you charging the battery through a usb port, power bank or a usb plug socket? As i have found the plug socket did not charge it i even brought an extension tower with usb sockets in to try and it did not charge.

Hi, are you using official Microsoft Battery? the one included in the Play & Charge kit?

For the other issue, if you connect your controller to a PC or an Xbox One console using the USB cable, you associate it with this device, it's absolutely normal that you can re-pair again the controller if you switch device. To avoit this issue, you can
use a smartphone USB charger with at least 1A so the controller works wireless with the currently paired device.

Hi there,

Yes third controller.

First controller kept powering off, randomly, tried 3 different types of batteries. nothing fixed it

Second controller had a loose vibrator in the left trigger which was very loud, made it irritating to use.

Third controller is fine. But now I've bought the play and charge kit. I've used a 1A, 1.5A, and 2A charger with the genuine cable and the light doesn't work. If the controller isn't charging on these it must be the controllers fault. Also it charges the
controller when plugged in and in use, so the cable must be fine.

I have a 4A charger but thought it would probably over amp it.

The Warehouse. A company in NZ. Unfortunately they are the only store who sells these for a 'cheap' price. It is still EXTREMELY overpriced.
