What is wrong with the Pin Sistem ? (both in xbox and cellphone app)

Guys, i need urgent help with this

I can't unpin anything and also can't pin anything

I called the xbox support and they couldn't find any help to fix, we tried every alternative (even reseting back to factory)

Even in the cellphone app when i try to unpin something touching the ''unpin'' icon don't work, i don't know what to do anymore

Can't connect my xbox one controller to my LG G3 cellphone via bluetooth

Hi, my LG G3 is running on Android 6.0. The problem came when I try to connect my xbox one controller to it. On my cellphone, I can see the xbox controller in the bluetooth devices list but when I click on it to make the connection I always get an error
message saying "Could not pair with Xbox Wireless Controller because of an incorrect PIN or passkey". My controller is up to date and my cellphone too. What can I do?
