I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your console.

• Would you mind giving this a try:

- Press and hold your controller's Xbox button until it shuts down.
- Remove your controller's batteries and USB cable (if plugged in).
- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug your console's power cord for 5 minutes. If you have the original Xbox One, you'll need to unplug the power supply unit from both the console and the outlet.
- Plug the power cord back in. Please make sure to use one of the wall's outlets.
- Put the batteries back in the controller.
- Turn your console on and check if the issues persist.

• If that doesn't work, I'd appreciate your answering the following questions:

- Have you verified your controller's D-pad, triggers, thumbstick, or back paddles (Elite controller) are not stuck?

- Do you, by any chance, have a different controller you could try with your console?

- Are there any external devices plugged into your console's USB ports?

OK, so every time I click the Forza icon to start the game, it goes into the initial loading screen and after a few seconds, it crashes to the home screen. What is going on? it seems like every time something for the new Xbox gets updated, something else
goes wrong... Did I pay $600 for something that is only going to cause me frustration?? If so, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!! P.S. What is with the negligent support from Xbox, where is the communication of issue, concern, and liability?? Ya know, when you charge
top dollar for something that is BARELY mid-class.... people start getting pretty angry.

Ok so I waited 1 minute before I turned it back on and it didn't even take me to my home screen I'm now on a screen that asks me if I want to restart or troubleshoot my xbox because it says something went wrong and idk what to do.

On top of this, when I go to try and exchange my gamertag again, it has my old one. When I click the Xbox logo in the top left, it resets the page and has my new gamertag for a second then goes back to my old one. When I try to change to my new gamertag it then wants me to pay for it. What do I do?

I'm having an issue where the xbox powers up. And the "xbox one" screen comes on. But the picture is blurry. Then when the controller should appear on the screen to go through the set up. It doesn't. And the screen just goes black. Any ideas what could be
wrong?
