database does not specify your billable account, we cannot complete a deposit because we cannot be sure if you would like your currency in that account, or even if you have access to that account. Since that database contains secure information, we cannot
fully access that database, and must rely on it's administrators to provide a resolution. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

The rewards points I am talking about are xbox gamer points which cannot be redeemed on my xbox for games, discounts, ect and every time I open the rewards app It tells me to adjust my region but because I live in Jamaica and the location doesn’t have the option for Jamaica I cannot access my gamer points or redeem them for rewards.

No that is not why either, I am buying games and I always get points when I purchase things, I am not even getting those. I now have also bought Titanfall and I should have got rewards form Xbox live downloads. NONE, I don't even show them pending like

Please contact XBOX Support again - we don't have access to anything to do with giving Microsoft Points back. You have to get them to file another Unauthorized Use ticket and have them look into this. I don't know why they keep telling people the wrong information
but people on the forums won't be able to help you with this. We can't give you points back, neither can the support agents that are marked as S or X.

I logged into the Xbox LIVE Rewards website and my points balance seems wrong. What should I do?

A. First, remember that these are Rewards Points that have been earned through Xbox LIVE Rewards. This total does not include any Microsoft Points that have been purchased under your Xbox LIVE account. Don't worry, you can spend Reward Points just like the
rest of your Microsoft Points.

Secondly, don't forget that Rewards Points are deposited into your Xbox LIVE account twice per month. Check the Rewards Points Pending section of the MyRewards page to make sure you don't have any pending transactions, which will not yet show up in your Total
Rewards Points Awarded. Rewards Points do show in your
Microsoft Billing Points activity area along with points you've purchased or redeemed. You can look for your deposits there as well.
