    what is wrong how do i fix it?


    So my xbox one keeps shutting down almost right of boot up and what refresh when on long enough to connect to the internet i tried changing the plugs and hdmi. I even tried factory resetting. It simply wont stay on for more then 2 or 3 minutes.

    what is wrong how do i fix it?

    I did so i did the factory reset i have not had a problem of it turning back off but it still is stuck in the set up mode trying to update but still lacks a wireless receiver. my error code is 0x8B050084 0x00000000 0x00000201

    ita solid. and no i did it from settings system factory reset now it wont connect or pick up any wireless networks.

    - May I ask which Xbox One model you are using?

    - Do you have any external storage units plugged into your console's USB ports?

    - Is your power cord plugged directly into one of the wall's outlets?

    - Is your console giving you an overheating warning when you turn it on?
