What is this icon? please

Whenever I open any game I see this Icon in the bottom right corner of my monitor or the window of the game I am playing, and yesterday I tried to play mine craft Java and this icon kept signaling which might be causing a lag in the game so I am trying to turn the cause of this icon off to test if it is really causing the lag.

If anyone recognizes this Icon please answer the question and if you do know it how can I turn it off please.

The icon as I see it:

a very small icon of 2 white circling arrows that meet eachother and a red slash (/) on them.

that is nvidia shadowplay icon for record what happened, instant replay. this starts continuous recording in the background that will be the cause of your lag if you are using a slow computer. and is not onedrive.

Controller means you have dlc for game a star means there is a update or if in instint on there been a update

Your post is very brief, please be more specific. What connection are you using? Is your Ethernet cable plugged into the LAN port and not mistaken for another port? If you have one of the nifty modem routers with the icons, does your icon light up/flash?
