What is this code I keep getting it on the Microsoft Store and it's just bad?

Pretty week, I purchased the preorder through gamestop. What they gave me was a 30$ Microsoft points card and the codes for the black gjally and the sparrow. I keep getting the query failed could not establish connection to the xbox games store error whenever
I try to purchase in game, and it just shows up as a bundle on the xbox store. Not cool.

I have talked to the Microsoft Store Support at least 4 times. They keep telling me they don't give out the codes we are asking for. One rep who is servicing my case number keeps insisting Xbox support handles giving out these codes and not the Microsoft
Support team. I talked to the Xbox support twice. The first time they said that they don't handle that kind of stuff and it's up to the Microsoft Store Support. I told my rep at the Microsoft Store and he said the rep was misinformed and to try again. I got
another rep from the Xbox Support about 15 minutes ago who said rewards.xbox.com are the ones who handle this so now I'm here. I'm just getting the run around from everyone and no one is helping, only pointing at someone else. Just to clarify this is not about
the Freefall map. It is about the advertised Weapon camo, reticle and player patch we were supposed to receive for preordering at the Microsoft Store. Someone in here posted a link to charlie intel. That is what we are looking for and what we were promised.
There is even a video on youtube showing it was advertised on the dashboard. You just go to youtube and type How to unlock the POW camo and it should be the first video by DARKBIRDMANML. This is very frustrating and makes me feel it was just a cheap trick
to make more people preorder from the Microsoft Store. I never even got a gift card code that was also a preorder bonus. They just refunded me the amount for the gift card which isn't too bad but it makes me question if these gift card codes and weapon dlc
codes ever existed to begin with. The only reason I even got the partial refund was because I kept contacting the Microsoft Store support. Otherwise I would still not have anything from them. Even now I am still talking to them but they keep insisting I won't
get anything from them.

I am unsure what you meant by error code on Minecraft Page as it redirects me to Microsoft Store and then I got the error code from the Microsoft Store. I am unable to run "Xbox Accessory Management Service" as I get an error code 1053.

Yeah sorry my bad but yes thats exactly what was talking about in the comments thank you yes I did enter for sweepstakes and I got my confirmation code from Microsoft that they had emailed me and I just didn't really know what to do next after they emailed me the confirmation code like basically, I'm trying to figure out what my next step is to do after I get the confirmation code from Microsoft

I also get the same error code and same result when I try to update the Microsoft store btw. Just stays at 0.0 with a 803FB011 code. I dont know what could be wrong. If anyone could help that would be amazing
