what is the xbox controller battery pack warranty?

i purchased a battery pack for my xbox controller and after 6 weeks it stopped charging. when i called they said there is nothing they can do coz it only has 30 days warranty. but on the website, it says 90. thats ridiculous . complete waste of money. and that was purchased directly from Microsoft. so in this case i have to spend $25 every 6 weeks on battery packs. just so my kids can enjoy gaming. amazing

if i am doing it under console warranty it won't let me because console is not under warranty. my only option is to call them back. thanks for the help

i was not saying uk law is everywhere, i was teasing that the US has bad warranty practices compared with most of the world.

You cant claim batteries under console warranty

It is only for accessories included with the consoles

Play and charge kits aren't included with consoles

At the cost they are it's not worth it you shouldve bought extended warranty ar your game shop

90 say accessory warranty covers included controllers with a console and controllers not included with consoles

NOT optional battery packs which is your standard 30days

Hi, is not necessary to register the battery pack. If you notice, when you click on the "register device" option. You're not able to see the battery pack when you select "help me find my serial number"

Try following the steps advised previously, or if you prefer you can try this to Microsoft when you contact them again
