    What is the warranty on an xbox series x from amazon uk?


    Hi, on the 18th of may 2022 I purchased an xbox series x from Amazon uk, on the 26th of January 2023 my controller that came with it has a fault on the left bumper and won't respond. What type of warranty could I get on this?

    Xbox Elite Series 2 - 1 year Warranty in EU

    The warranty on your controller is only valid in the country or region where it was purchased. If you bought it from Amazon UK, you only get warranty in the UK, and it will be a 1 year warranty as the UK is not part of the EU.

    The best option would be to return the controller to Amazon UK and purchase it from a store in your own country.

    Trying to register Xbox Series X Controller At Microsoft.com , it doesn’t display it.

    My xbox was from Argos, it was manufactured for the UK, I am pretty sure I have warranty because my Xbox series X is registered on my account and still has warranty available till the 5th of March so that means my controller must have the same amount of warranty I am just unable to register it on my account for some reason
