What is the fix for Error code 0x000005b4

About a year ago this issue had first cropped up, and it was sometimes linked to demand on the service at peak times, and Nat issues on your local system. For NAT, check connection on system and see if NAT is OPEN or MODERATE. If it is STRICT, you likely
have an issue and will need to manually disconnect from the wifi or network, restart, then reconnect to resolve. If this is not your issue, there is another cause you can try to resolve on your own before going to customer support. Sometimes corrosion in the
program or on the hard drive is the answer. Try clearing your cache on the hdd, and verify you dont have a double instance of the TV app installed as this can also cause it.

Uninstall the game or app you are using when you see this error and reinstall it after you power cycle your console.

1. Press the Xbox button
    to open the guide.
2. Select My games & apps >
   See all.
3. Select Games or Apps.
   
4. Highlight the game or app you want to uninstall, press the
   Menu button , and then select
   Uninstall > Uninstall all.
5. Reinstall the game or app by inserting the disc or downloading again from the
   Ready to install tab. To download again, select the game title from the
   Ready to install tab at the top of the screen. You can also find the game by searching for it in the Microsoft Store.

What are you doing when you get the error?

Are you getting the error every time to you that same task regardless of the time of day/day of the week?

Any additional information you can share on the error code and when it's coming up might help narrow down a fix.

I've seen a few posts noting the user only gets it during peak usage time when wanting to watch a movie, and not fix noted.

Has anyone asked you what device this is on? Is it thru the CPU?? Which xbox is this on XBOX x, s one?
