Any of the Samsung QLED's are amazing for gaming, especially on the One X OLED is amazing and better for Movies but if you're going to be gaming a lot and especially with the Xbox Home Screen that burn in may come sooner or later with an OLED. There
are some great Early Black Friday deals on at Best Buy right now for Samsung I've mentioned. You're not going to get a TV with any of the built in sound you've listed, those would all require separate sound systems. A Dolby Atmos system will run you the cost
of your TV if not more just FYI.

In my living room I've got an X hooked up to a 65' Samsung Q8FN (4K, QLED, HDR 10+, Motion+240, Freesync)

In my gaming room I've got the X hooked up to a 27' LG UK850 Monitor (4K, HDR 10, FreeSync)

I prefer the Monitor for FPS and Competitive games where I much enjoy the big TV for Racers, RPG's and anything story mode driven. (Destiny 2 on the Monitor, Jedi Fallen Order on the TV).

For what it's worth, I got the Vizio PX65-G1 from Costco and am loving it so far!

i would recommend a monitor, Samsung or Benq, personally I have a Hisense, I do not recommend it looks very good but I feel that I don't fully exploit the Xbox one X, at the time I bought it it was at a very good price but I should wait a bit and for
the same price I would have bought a samsung of the same inches but needless to say
