What is System Error E102 00000C01 80070003

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

It may mean that there is an issue with your console that resulted in an error when installing the system update.

We may need to perform a reset on your console removing everything. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts, apps, and games but you can add all of them later on.

Make sure to follow the steps accordingly to access it:

"1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press and hold the Pair button and the Eject button, and then press the Xbox button on the console.

5. Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.

6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone."

When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Please click on "Reset this Xbox" then "Reset and remove everything".

I'm experiencing the same issues and I have the Xbox Scorpio. All of a sudden I started getting to E105... So I cleared my local saved games and the system started working as I unplugged it for like 24 hours. Then
as I'm playing the game I get another error issue with saving the game. So I get sent to the troubleshoot page saying something went wrong so I tried to get the game going again. I reset the system without deleting my my games and apps. I have a lot of saved
games and a lot of time and effort went into my gaming and now I can't get back to the dashboard to to transfer my games to an external hard drive. If I factory reset my system, there's no way to get my saved games back is there? Is there a way to know what
games were saved into the cloud? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
