What Is Point In Being Here When Nobody Helps?

What is the point in being here when nobody helps? Mostly Xbox never ever helps! So much for online technical support when we get ignored. It's the same at the Facebook Pages, nobody helps. All I see replies to is silly and pointless posts that don't matter
over things like "what is your favourite game"? Who cares about that when people have problems that need resolving and further more, I wonder why Xbox do nothing! What an insult to our custom.

I would go to the Datel website for answers, nobody is going to help you here due to it being a Datel product and it being a turbo fire product.

 

Have you looked at the various support threads in these forums? Users do get answers to their questions, even if they aren't the answer they may be looking for. Many get responses within minutes or hours of posting.

Like most written forms of communications, the answers aren't instantaneous. For that, you'll want some form of conversation/chat service (i.e. phone).

The users who respond in forums usually have some knowledge of/comfort with the subject based on the information presented. Depending on the issue there may not be many users familiar with the topic.

When you find the forum you want to post in, change your post type to support instead of discussion and that will put you in the right place.

 

At the moment I posted something else over another issue and I'm getting no replies and I went through the correct options and I don't understand why I still get nowhere. I posted about Minecraft (Windows 10) and so far I'm getting no help.

I'm in England. So far I'm getting nowhere. Most of all, why don't Microsoft help seeing that this is a web site of theirs. I expected them to help and they have a pointless forum where they breach the customer's rights. Some online support they have. Every
time I phone them they've changed their number again and I wonder why they keep on changing it.

When I go to that website I see multiple forms of contact available, including phone support and chat support directly with agents.

Also there is no breach of customers rights going on, that's ridiculous hyperbole. As for the Xbox Support phone number, it's been the same for as long as I can recall. In the US it's never changed once.

As for the UK those numbers have also been the same for years, and I'm not certain that they've ever changed either.

If you've been calling multiple places it's likely you're just trusting random numbers off the net that aren't connected to Microsoft at all. There's tons of websites that exploit SEO to be near the top of searches that list false phone numbers so you contact
them instead.
