What is happening ? Xbox launcher wont load

Please, make sure your Windows is updated:

Then, reset the Microsoft Store:

Press the Windows key +R

Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Follow the prompts.

Restart your PC.

Afterwards, please, download the Gaming Services Repair tool:

https://aka.ms/GamingRepairTool

Once downloaded, execute the file by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.

Follow the prompts and check if the issue was resolved.

Moving on from there, reset your network settings:

Please, follow these steps:

Press Windows Key + X > Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network Reset > Reset Now.

the exact same thing jus happened to my xbox, i dont know if i accidently shut it off during a load or what, but it wont work and it wont even reformat. this is really a **** off considering it was working fine before i shut it off last nite and now it mysterially
shows up unformated and then convient enough it wont format... what is going on??

Yes I thought that it might be a launcher, but when I run the launcher it opens up normally, then it says "prees any key to start" and when I press anything it loads for 10 seconds and then closes. Happens 100% of the times

Wasn't there a case back in 2011 when they banned a load of consoles in error and then had to unban, and compensate, the affected people.

If such 'software' errors can happen once, what makes people think they haven't happened before or wont happen again?
