    So we always watch movies at night, and every time when we go to a website we have ads and this and that. And YouTube is not working what in the heavens is happening?

    When will xbox live work again? Can you atleast tell us what's actually going on? Who will pay the days i lost on live? Why is it taking so long to fix the issues? ....

    Microsoft edge is useless

    Microsoft edge is rubbish, it doesnt matter if i use wifi or a hardline to my xbox, i can stream movies on everything i want, bar microsoft edge.

    Netflix no problem.

    Youtube no problem.

    Dvds/blu-ray no issues at all.

    But the second i decide 'lets try microsoft edge', within 3-4 minutes, im back to homescreen and my tab has been reset back to 'bing' of all things.

    It doesnt matter what site, i use youtube through Microsoft edge and it crashes. I use the app for youtube, no issues.

    Obviously there is a problem with your programming and sadly enough im getting ticked off with this dilemma.

    How about having an app that actually works? Have an option to download chrome or something, hell the original internet explorer would be slow, but it would work.

    You may want to reach out to Youtube and see what they suggest. I haven't had any issues with Youtube via Edge myself. What have you tried as far as solutions ? If YouTube isn't working on a specific browser then that would be a Youtube issue. Blaming
    Microsoft for Youtube not working isn't the way either. I understand you're frustrated. I would be too.

    If other video applications work fine (also try accessing YouTube through the Edge Browser), then it's an issue with the YouTube App itself, and you will need to contact the YouTube support for that, as they are responsible for how their app works.

    Microsoft only provides the Marketplace to download the app on the console.

    May I know if you tried using the YouTube app?
    Or is this happening only inside Edge?

    If it’s the second, did you tried restoring Microsoft edge to factory defaults?

    If not please do it via Edge settings, share the results please
    I've tried restoring Microsoft edge to factory settings, and I still received the same error message on Youtube.

    This issue only happens on Microsoft edge on Xbox. Since September 2022, the issue started happening whenever the video player on Youtube would show a black screen for a split second, interrupting the video and would sometimes trigger the Experiencing Interruptions Message box. The issue started to get worse by the time it was November which would cause the error message to pop up, specifically when you change the video resolution, it would cause the video player to blink five times and trying to fast forward the video would cause it to buffer indefinity until the error message would appear. This wasn't an issue in older versions of Microsoft edge prior to the September 2022 System Update on Xbox.
