What is happening with the german repair centre?

i started a service repair for my Elite series 2 controller still under warranty, posted it off as soon as i could via the prepaid shipping ups label, received a text from UPS saying its been delivered in Frankfurt, Germany with proof of delivery by someone
called SELLENIES its been over a week and the repair process page on microsoft's site is saying it is still waiting to be delivered... i've called their phone support line numerous times in numerous
ways to even just ask what's going on but keep being hung up on after waiting on hold for 15 minutes a time. How can i find out what is going on and how do i speak to a regular human who can understand me clearly in plain english also? There isn't even a real
support page to contact about repairs, this is ridiculous. Where has all the online chat support gone too?

You sure it was fixed and you wasn't sent out a replacement?

Am getting a replacement as confirmed by email and the serial number on the warranty page has updated from my old one too the one that's shipping too me.

And Yes they 10000% need too update there site

Thanks for providing and updating your story, i was about to spend half my day trying to get into contact with someone at microsoft or xbox to find out what was going on but around 11am there was a UPS delivery man at my door who delivered my controller
back to me... no message from microsoft to say it was repaired and coming back just a surprise. Honestly the customer interaction and service are just a joke, the repair itself was handled spectacularly, my controller felt brand new, but everything that's
happened since the device left my hands and was proven delivered to them by UPS has been unforgivable. The entire Microsoft website doesn't even function properly with safari browser, many many many bugs.

Hi , UPS is a delivery company not who fixes the products

Use the number above in my post too ring for help you may be on hold for 10-20 mins so bare that n mind

there has ben a big issue with the elite 2 controller, so i think its just a backlog of how many that have been sent (mine hasnt had any issues so im thankful atm)
