You can find more info about All Access at https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-all-access

Essentially, you'll sign up for All Access through one of the retailers that offer it. You'll sign up for the credit line which will pre-order the console (as long as you're approved).

I simply walked into my local ebgames and preordered mine on day 2 of preorders and received mine at launch.

Btw my local ebgames is still going thru ps5 waiting list from november

Thank you for reaching out to the forum. Most likely not. Did you preorder your Xbox Series X at the same retailer that offers All Access ? If so, i would recommend reaching out to the retailer to see if that is possible. Otherwise you can always cancel
the preorder you already have and make a new one with All Access when stock is available again.
