    Xbox ambassador locked out from web access to ambassador portal since hacker attack during Oct 2020, just noticed it yesterday, super clean like 20 year account and no enforcement points, active online through Xbox, frustrating it isn't cleared yet after my account was attacked by another hacker last night, was a pro player and Christian volunteer two years helping CA, last night I flagged the Xbox accounts that were on COD leaderboard using exploitation, I'm like one of the most dedicated oldest accounts.. starting to get real upset about this..I have all access on console and always have, there has been no violations and everyone is confused but something doesn't feel right.dedicated customer with connection and history that his gamer tag influence the whole world as proof.. pretty crazy..think we're all confused..I'll wait longer but my account is getting attack..

    What is going on?

    On your console go to MY XBOX>Select your profile>Select ONLINE SAFETY SETTINGS>CUSTOM...now scroll through the options and make sure you have your voice/text comms set to everyone or friends only.

    Hello Gamers R 1st,

    From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    Whats going on????

    At one point when I tried to sign in there was a note to go to News to find out how to correct the error however I do not know how to get to News. I also tried uninstalling & re-installing but still not able to sign in to sudoku. I am able to et into mahjong
    & solitaire without any problems
