What is going on with unbalanced enforcement?

I don't know about anyone else but I'm getting really tired with the way support handles reporting. It seems like they do nothing at all when someone is clearly caught and reported running mods(video evidence) but god forbid I drop an F bomb and I'm hit
with a suspension within 5 minutes. I see people who have been reported by multiple other players for running mods in game, where there is screen capture to prove it, just going on playing without missing a beat. What's the deal with this lopsided enforcement?

What is going on with FORZA!

tried to download forza 6 last night for the free 14 day free play, got to 60 or so percent before crashing my whole console, tried for about 3/4 hours to fix the problem as it wouldn't let me sign in or use any of the apps or games. So I deleted the half
finished download and went to bed. Weirdly it fixed itself about 20 mins after I woke up, so I tried to download forza 5 as it's free today...same deal can't log in when I want to, but when it does log me in it says I have zero download speed although I'm
running 60mps and I don't want to wait another 24 hours hoping it magically fixes itself again, anyone having the same issue with these games?
