I have been a member since 2013, I have just noticed mistakes in my account.

I dropped down from a rank 3 to a rank 2 in Sept. 2015 why?????

Also i haven't gotten a marketplace rebate since 07/31/13 Why????

Please look into this and let me know what has happen and what can be done to fix the issues

What is going on?

Please help! I open the game but in a few minutes it closes completely, when I open it again It's like I never opened it before. I love this game but now I can't enjoy it no more.

You'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum in order for support to check into your account.

VIP ranks reset each year. On September 1, 2015, they also changed the amount needed for each level so a lot of people were moved to lower levels.

The freesync on the monitor is always on it's just the vrr settings on the xbox that won't work Also I've chatted with a professional tech and they just said they would help me with feedback so .... I don't think my problem will be solved

Maybe updating the system can solve it, maybe it's your settings inside Xbox.

What is your resolution and refresh rate both on Xbox and your Monitors?

Are FreeSync set to ON on your monitor?

Also, some monitors only support freesync at its native refresh rate which is why when setting the output of the console to hdmi > 120hz (or 60hz) the option for variable refresh rate then becomes greyed out and unavailable. When switching the hdmi back to auto detect then vrr becomes available again.
