What information is given about enforcement actions

Getting this out of the way: Yes, I know the site is broken and useless right now.

I received an enforcement action over the weekend: a 7 day communication suspension. The thing is, I have no idea what I may have done to deserve it. I've been on Xbox Live since the beginning and never gotten in trouble before. So whatever I did must have been severe enough to skip the 24 hour suspension.

When the enforcement site is working correctly, what sort of information does it give on an action? For example, if I sent a message that was deemed against the code is conduct, will that message be listed?

It's actually pretty rare that they get overturned. So you should be able to see why you were issued the suspension when it's fixed, but even with the case review, it's not a guarantee it would be overturned.

They'll post the rule that you broke. Occasionally, they'll post the exact message, but they don't always. If it's not posted on the site, they'll sometimes post it with the results of the case review.

I've gone through my message history for the last few months. There isn't much and what exists has nothing objectionable there. I'm never in game chat as an almost always in party chat with just one friend. Given what I know about the code of conduct and my own behavior, I'm going to have to see something before accepting that I deserved any suspension.

As an Ambassador, you're clearly someone who is well behaved. Now imagine you suddenly got a 7 day communication suspension with no idea what caused it. Would you assume you deserved that suspension without something to go off of?

Anyway, I just have to wait this out. Whenever the site gets fixed, hopefully I'll see some of the information you mentioned.

Unfortunately, given how long the site has been broken, my suspension will probably be over by the time I can see the enforcement action details, preventing me from filling a case review if it was undeserved...

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your bans and to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Since you did report the other user, they will be investigated as well and the appropriate action taken if it hasn't been already. There's no way to know for sure when/if another person is given an enforcement action.
