What if I already have a Microsoft Rewards account

I had the same question about having an existing MS rewards account. Will they just merge? Will it be automatic?

I do disagree with the losing half the incentives part. The existing Xbox Live Rewards is a joke. The vault being sold out of 3/4 of its reward content is terrible and most of the rewards you could only get if you bought the game(s) at the start of that
challenge leaving out the loyal people who already had the game(s). It was more like a bribe system than a rewards system.

I also understand that the forum mods are busy but 16 days to answer a simple yes or no question? Yes they will merge or no they won't. Which is it?

I agree I think that Microsoft is just trying to save money. They don't care about the people like you and me. I have had a Xbox live rewards account for 3 years and have bought Every Xbox game I own from the Microsoft store. But
if they merge Microsoft rewards with Xbox LIVE Rewards I will never buy another item off of the Microsoft store ever. I've spent thousands of dollars on the Microsoft store that's where I bought my Xbox One and my new Xbox one x and my Microsoft Xbox One Elite
controller I have purchased so many things from the Microsoft store I can't even name all of them. And I'm not some kid. I'm a adult that just enjoys gaming but I will find another place to purchase all my gaming gear and games if they do away with the Xbox
LIVE Rewards program because I will not have any reason to buy from Microsoft store. And I can get everything cheaper

Yes you already explained to me that the suspension on a microsoft rewards account wont affect my roblox but if I use 2 microsoft accounts and get giftcards on the 2 accounts and use both of the giftcards on my main roblox account what happens?

I've already contacting a Xbox agent, submitted a support ticket, and contacted a Microsoft agent. If it's something wrong with my account then I don't know what it is but if it's the order then the Microsoft agent should've told me that there's something wrong with the rewards system, I think?

For Xbox rewards quests I would add a Rewards section/view to the current Xbox app! For Microsoft rewards, there is already a section in Bing app on mobile where you can participate and see the account streaks..etc.
