Well it’s not a question it’s more of how [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] y’all systems are if I pay 750$ for something I want my
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] money’s worth an I don’t think y’all need to be making anymore systems cause all I’ve had is problem after problem out of the one x but I’ll be going to PlayStation from now on....you lost a customer you over price
for some cheap [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] garbage. With that being said Please make them better for the for your cutomers cause if you keep goin at this rate you gonna lose all your Business. When i pay $750 for something i exepct it
to be worth the money. And every time theres a promlem they should be someone to talk to 24 hours instead of a computer peraonal bc it dose not answer anything! Like i said I will be switiching to play station bc they actually take time for there custmors
and there consoles and controllers are not cheaply made like the xboxonex i wish i could get a refund but obviously yall caint afford it based on your
[Mod Removed - Inappropriate] systems.

In regards to support I agree with you. They need to to have the option to be contacted by phone.

That would be 750 AUD as i purchased my scorpio edition for the same price.

Btw PS4 makes a lot of noise as if sone engine is running.

Sorry you feel this way. All electrical goods are just as liable to have issues however. Changing console will not change that. I have many PS friends that have encountered issues and my own children had a ps for many years. We have both consoles in
the house. Although I only use xbox myself. Did you try to post here with your issues, as you are now to complain? I'm sure between the many very educated ambassadors and moderators we could help you in some way. There are also various methods of communicating
with Xbox Support, including a call back from a person.

Good luck with your future PS4 purchase, but just so you know, the PS4 Slim feels really cheap (and by that I mean seriously cheap) the first time I put a game disc in I thought it was broken in some way, it sounds clunky and rattles a bit.

But ye, have fun with the PS4, its a great system and nobody should show loyalty to a piece of plastic.

Also perhaps in the future you should proof read your post, it would make it so much easier for other people to read.

Sorry to hear abt your issues. Good luck on ps4. I do, however own one myself. Not promoting ps4 but they do have some good exclusives like uncharted, and the last of us.
