If you're still a minor you will not be able to do so, you need to ask the organizer or your parents to manage this for you.

They can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone” for your account:

* You can see and upload community creations

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

* You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

* You can create and join clubs

* You can join multiplayer games

Make sure to hit “submit” when you made any changes.

The organizer account will no longer have access to your account and privacy settings, they will not be able to manage them for you.

If you live in a country where the games are available and you redeemed the codes then try deleting the games and reinstalling them to see if that helps.
