What has happended to my repair? What did they repair ?

Hi all.

I have recently sent my Xbox one x for repair as it kept having the start up error E codes. I am wondering what happened with my repair and what thye repaired? any ideas how i might find this out?

the servcie status says recievd and repaired and shipped out. But I have not had the console back yet (4 days since it said shipped out) and cant find any recrod of what was wrong or what was repaired.

Anyone know how to contact the repair cente perhaps? or had any experience of this.

they seem to have reset my warranty too, from July 2019 ending, to now Dec 2018!.. which is a bit unfair me thinks.

I dont think its a glitch cause its happended to me and my co-op partner aswell I dont know what it was or is but it has happened to me aswell

 

Free Pre Order Forza Horizon Car.

I pre-ordered forza horizon but have yet to recive my free pre-order car code, what do i do? Can someone please help? Ive contacted xbox they told me i should have been given a code via e-mail yet ive still had no code has this happended to anyone else?

 

Hello Inspector you may use the tracking number to see when it does get delivered to you it will show on account.microsoft.com log in and go to your repair. Let me know if you need further assistance.

I only have the tracking number of my label which was used to send the console to the service centre. The support portal doesnt give me any informaiton or a tracking number. only saying that is it has been sen.............ARHHHH I see... there is a tracking
number!.. underneath "your device has been sent" See screen dump if anyone needs to see where it is. THANK YOU.

OK... so the next question...Now, any idea how to find out what they actually did and why the warranty has been set to expire earlier than it was when I sent it etc?

 

Hello Inspector The tracking number should be in the email that was sent to you saying it was sent and the tracking number should be there, or you can log in on account.microsoft.com go to

device management and it will show there under the console you got repaired. If all us fails you can use the contact us feature schedule a call back and they can
provide the information needed with the tracking number. Let me know what you find out.

 

I’m not sure what they’ve repaired, but if I had to guess I would say they’ve repaired whatever was wrong with it.
