    What happens when you remove a account from a family?


    I'm trying to remove my account from a family so I can make my account an adult account. But what happens to my account when I do this? Someone please tell me. I don't want to delete my account, I have too much stuff on it. Just want to make It a Adult Account,
    Nothing else.

    What happens when you download a game from Marketplace?

    Hi,

    I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find it sorry. Basically, I am thinking of downloading a games from the marketplace (my first one) but I want to find out if the game will only be playable by the account that downloads the game.

    I have two accounts on the one XBox (mine and my son). If I was to download the game under my account would my son be able to access the game when he is logged into the XBox at a later time?

    What's happening when you try to add the account to the new console? You shouldn't have to remove it from the old console in order to do so.

    When this happened to me I had luck with removing my account from the system, doing a full shutdown, and then restarting and adding my account back. I am not sure what happened but somehow my account got bugged and this allowed it to completely refresh.
    Your game saves should be in the cloud so you do not lose anything by removing your account and then adding it back on.

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Since this is only happening to your account, you may have to remove your account from the Xbox and then re-download it :

    If that doesn't work, let us know exactly what happens when you try to launch the game. Do you get any error codes or messages?
