    Got 2 X1 headset adapters, Both dont work...

    try what i just had to do. Turn off your xbox then , unplug the xbox power cable and try again . God the design for the xbox one sucks . What happens when you rush a console to market

    Heya!

    The console would power down but no real harm should come to the console. It is always better to use the power button to ensure settings are saved properly, but the console should still function just fine.

    We often recommended powering down and unplugging the console to reset its memory when dealing with minor issues.

    If it worked once and then just stopped working, that has happened to me as well. What I did was turned off the Xbox One, and then unplugged it for one minute. When I plugged it back in, it worked!

    One Stopped Turning ON/OFF Other Components and TV Don't Work

    This happened to me. I turned off my Xbox One and unplugged it for a minute and when it booted back up, everything worked. Hope this helps!!!
