I'd imagine that gamertag was created to trick people in to thinking it was Xbox Support, you should file a complaint via your Xbox Dashboard and hopefully action will be taken against the offending account.

 

That person is not a moderator,nor a microsoft support staff member either.

You need to file a complaint for staff impersonation, and while your at it report his modded gamerscore too.

lol @Owen. He always spots this stuff. Good eye. Gamerscore cheats need to be banned for system tampering. Also, as others have mentioned, impersonating an Xbox staff member is bannable as well.

 

I don't like to say it often, but the world is filled with morons, idiots, and buffoons...
