what happens to partial download when you accidently hit purchase

Hi, go to games and apps, then go to the top right(the down arrow).

It shows you the progress of the download/installation.

If it's paused, just click on it and resume it. If it isn't in the queue nor your games and apps, you might need to restart the download.

I had this issue last night when I received the code.

I spoke to support and whilst I was on contact, she mentioned that I had already purchased the game (never have done before to my knowledge)

Not sure what happened, (might have hit redeem twice by accident) but it might be worth checking to see if it has been tied to your account already.

1. What happens when you do connect to your internet? What do you see?
2. When you followed the steps in the sticky, did you also try deleting any partial downloads/installs of the game before trying to install again?

When I hit confirm on the console for a purchase, The little loading sign comes, then nothing happens. No, "Thank you for your purchase." Or "Purchase Confirmed." it just goes back to the place where you choose what gold you want.

Actually, this is only particularly happened when trying to buy gold memberships.

Ouch, I am not sure what's worse. Not being able to purchase content. Or, the issue I am having where I purchased it but after downloading the games are only partially playable (sometimes). I hope they resolve it for you soon!!!!!!
