    That means that it has been flagged for failing community guidelines. This means you can not use it and have to change it. However if you feel this is not the case as in you feel it was flagged incorrectly please bring it up with xbox support under account
    issues.

    If your profile pic gets banned it wil just get changed to the stock profile pic and you wil not be able to change it for a specific period of time

    If you profile picture gets removed or reported, you icon should change to what it was within the Xbox preselected profiles pictures. There are a few guidelines to make sure this doesn't happen if you are happy with the profile picture that you have.
