    What happens if I upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate if I already have Core with 11 months left? I have bought a year and got a 1-month prepaid code as a gift for Ultimate so can I add it? If it gets converted to all Ultimate or allows me to use the month while pausing the use of My Core months, well that would be fine. BUT if they convert my 11 months into 3 or 4 months, then I'm gonna be out a birthday gift because I'm not doing that conversion so please explain what happens? Thank you.

    Question.I bought 12 month core .My ultimate expire very soon.But when I try to convert it it give me only another 4 months of ultimate.I thought the conversion rate is 3/2.So what is the reason I don’t receive another 8 months ultimate?Thank you.
    The 3:2 ratio is when you add Ultimate to Core. Adding Core to Ultimate results in 4 months of Ultimate.

    Is the ratio of adding a 3 month core redemption card to my existing ultimate now 1:3 or 2:3…?

    Yes, you can add your card to your existing subscription. It would be added as 50 days of Ultimate.

    They must have changed the conversion rate because I have one month of ultimate and tried to apply 12 months of core and it says its only gonna give me 4 months of ultimate 3:1 is a

    God awful ratio. The message said after the end of this month the new expiration date would be 2/29/24.
    That has always been the ratio when adding Core to Ultimate. They did change the ratio when adding Ultimate to Core though.

    I have 3 months of gamepass Core, can i get them upgraded to gamepass ultimate? I am not able to use my gamepass core on PC?
    You will get 2 months of Ultimate. I'm not sure about the PC part, though.
