    lets just say i modify minecrafts files and add a skin pack to the installed games dir

    the game is still signed can i run a game with a small mod like that i do the same thing on my pc with the windows apps folder so i don't see why i cant do the same

    Modding of any kind is not allowed on the console unless the game supports it (like Skyrim or Fallout 4).

    It hasn't happened to me. Are you playing from disc or installed to memory? I installed the game to a USB stick and it's been fine for me.
