    Go directly to Xbox store instead (if you used Microsoft store first) and buy it from there if not I think the offer expired you have to buy $9.99....

    No code here either. Has anyone heard of anyone on any forum reporting receiving their pre-order codes from the microsoft online store? Seems pretty sad that microsoft's flagship store can't send out DLC for their flagship game to the customers who bought
    from them directly instead of going to Gamestop or Best Buy. Lesson learned I guess.
