    What happened with the Purchase Pilot Program?


    I signed up, got the message to pick which console. That was 8 days ago and nothing since. If you don't get picked, do they just not communicate anything back to you? I just don't understand the lack of any additional details on the program.

    Regarding this you will need to get in touch with the online team. Access Contact us | Xbox Support, follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

    Will you please consider selling most of your XBox Series X consoles directly to consumers?

    As this is a community forum, we don't have any information on what Microsoft plans to do. Microsoft did have the Console Pilot Program which allowed Insiders only to purchase the console. There's been no word on if they'll do that again. Otherwise, the Microsoft Store has had them in stock on and off as well.
