What happened with my deposit?

GAME are £20 deposit for both consoles and a £5 deposit on the games. Thinking of changing my deposit for PS4 next week or just firing it back on the giftcard and waiting till after the launch and seeing what happens with xbox one and its
[Mod Removed] rules on what we can do with games we own.

It depends on when they were pending. If they've been pending since before the 15th, they should be deposited tomorrow. Otherwise they would be scheduled for deposit in December. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

I am one of the people who have to "update their billing information" but when I do it it still wont deposit. I have had this problem in the past and have had support force deposit my credits into my account which is what I am hoping will happen again.

What is occurring on your account is a issue with your user information that is affecting a subset of our users. Specifically, what is happening is that our deposit process goes merrily along, gets all your Credits, and goes to the database containing your
Microsoft Account information for the actual deposit into your account as currency.

What normally happens is that our deposit process asks the database which account you would like this money placed into. The database responds with a specific account, our process goes over to that account, dumps the Credits in, and the deposit
is completed.

What is currently happening on your account is our deposit process asks the database where you would like your deposit to be placed, and the database does not respond with any answer. Since our deposit process cannot access these accounts to determine
what they are, it relies on the database for directions. When our process does not receive these directions, it aborts the deposit, rather than place your Credits into a random account.

Unfortunately, since this is an issue with how a database operates, we must rely on the team responsible for managing those databases to provide a solution for this issue. At the current time, we have not yet received an estimate on when we can expect this
problem to be resolved, but they are reporting they are making progress. We apologize for the inconvenience that this delay is causing.

There is no "early withdrawal" it is a manual deposit request. A manual deposit is available when you have between 1,000 - 4,999 points. All a manual deposit request does is initiate a deposit on the next deposit cycle. If you requested it on the 11th then
they should deposit sometime around the 30th of April. There is no way to get them before that time.

The deposit date on the site changes 3 days before the deposit takes place because it is no longer possible to request a deposit for that date. The deposit on the 27th will still take place, so if you requested a deposit for that date, it will still happen.
