    What happened with Home Xbox?


    Yesterday i turned on my Xbox One and i tried to start a game. So I received an error saying that I need to sign in with the owner’s account or something like that. I went to Settings, System, Home Xbox and there’s a message saying “The configuration of
    your xbox can not be changed until we connect with the service”. In addition, I use this console with some siblings so of course each one buy their own games but we all use it.

    So my question is:

    what just happened with it?

    I can’t even enjoy a service my family and I pay?

    Hi there Daury,

    Thanks for the reply. Have you tried topower cycle your Xbox One console (Disconnect
    and reconnect your console's power cable) and Network Hardware? This will help refresh the internet connection and console.

    Try this out and let us know the results.

    Only time I have heard of this issue appear, I haven't heard of it doing it other than the home console issue.

    I've tried to make a test of network and multiplayer connections and everything seems to be fine.

    Yes, I know, but, that message is not supposed to appear if I have the “Owner’s account” as home console on my xbox.

    The exact problem is that I can’t make any changes with any account in Home Console because when I try to go to Home Console in Settings it says “The configuration of home console cannot be changed until we connect to the services.”.
