    Am still awaiting the promised rewards for pre ordering gears4, I have the codes for brothers and legacy dlc etc but the 10,000, or 5000 ms points/ credits still haven't appeared in my account ?????????????? and the twitter support just sends you to this

    Missing Reward points for Titanfall 2 pre-0rder

    I have been directed to this site to try and collect the 15K in points promised for pre-ordering Titanfall2. I pre- ordered over 2 months ago but no points. Can you tell me what I need to do to claim this reward.

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?



    Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

    Since the offer has not ended yet, it is too early to receive Credits.

    Microsoft Rewards Points query.

    Your best bet is to contact Microsoft Support, Xbox Ambassador's won't be able to help much. Actually, you must be credited the reward points the day you were charged for the pre-order, so it is already quite long.

    Since you all are rewards members maybe you know the answer to this. The 15,000 point credit for pre-ordering through the Microsoft Store, how long does that usually take to be applied?

    As for the rewards program overall i find it ok. It is free so nothing lost. And 15,000 credits for pre-ordering is equivalent to $15 for me so I can pre-order 2 games i was going to buy anyway and get back $30 worth of credit. Not a bad deal.

    Hi Hurlamania. You pre-ordered Forza 7 on August 29, 2017. The offer started on September 18th. You qualified for the plays, but the pre-order was not eligible for the Rewards Credits. Pre-orders had to be made during the offer period for the Rewards Credits.

    What is the email from?

    If it's from the Rewards program, rewards credits are not the same as Microsoft points so the conversion rate is not the same. You can check the program's FAQ to see how much 5,000 credits is in your region.
