    WHAT HAPPENED TO MICROSOFT POINTS

    I DOWNLOADED 1600 MICROSOFT POINTS AND WHEN I WENT TO DOWNLOAD SOMETHING IT CHARGED MY MOMS CREDIT CARD. ALL THAT GOT RESOLVED BUT I DONT SEE OR HAVE MY MICROSOFT POINTS WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM? AND HOW CAN I GET THEM?

    What happened to the achievements in Microsoft Minesweeper?

    I can see the achievements when I view your profile and Compare Games. It can take some time for the achievements to propagate through all parts of the system. I'd say if you're still not seeing the achievements on your profile by the end of today, contact
    support (support.xbox.com/.../xbox-on-other-devices)

    I have the same problem but unable to find away to contact support on the above link. I have been playing for about two months and finally got to level 38 in challenge mode, I have been logged in the whole time, not it says I have no medals and have yet
    to complete a classic minesweeper game even though I have 80% of achievements. Last time this bug hit removing permissions restarting and logging back in fixed it. No luck this time. If achievements and medals are randomly lost what is the point of having
    them. Even the daily challenge awards keep disappearing until i restart the game on Windows 8.1. I have no other console xbox or whatever. only pc. I no I didn't click clear statistics and no one else has access to my PC.
